The south Indian flick “Pokkiri” proved itself a block buster hit in Tamil. Now its Hindi remake in Bollywood “Wanted”, starring muscle man Salman Khan and cute Ayesha Takia is already set to release on silver screen.

“Michael Jackson” of Bollywood, actor and dancer Prabhu Dev has directed the Tamil version, and also directed its Hindi version too.

Being directing his first movie in Hindi version wasn’t easy for Prabhu Deva. He felt a high pressure factor during the shoots. “The expectations of these audiences are much higher and one has to cater to a wider range of cultures,” revealed Prabhu Deva on his first experience in Hindi.

The popular director-actor pair of Prabhu Deva and Vijay are joining hands, again, for a Tamil movie.

The first time they came together was in Pokkiri , which turned out to be a mega hit, leveraging Brand Vijay in a big way.

Now the Kollywood grapevine is abuzz that Prabhu Deva will direct ‘Ilaya Dalapathy’ Vijay in a Tamil film.

The buzz is that Bollywood heroine Ayesha Takia has been signed up to play Vijay’s heroine in the movie.

Now that the hit pair have decided to team up again, the Vijay fans can look forward to another big hit like ‘Pokkiri’.
